Here at Tarheel Cape and Hide, we receive frozen raw skins and also salt dried skins.  When the skins are received frozen the eyes, nostrils, lips and ears are turned then the skins are fleshed and salt dried.  After this process skins are ready for tanning.  We do Wet and Dry tanning.  Please specify on your packing list which tanning method you prefer.  We also remove skulls, tail and foot bones.  We even skin out the whole animal and depose of the carcass.
