Cape and Hide Preparation:

This includes turning lips, eyes, chin nostrils and ears.  Removing foot bones and tail bone.  Removing all red meat and fat so hides are ready to be tanned.  Dry salting the hides to remove all body fluids from  the skin and fully drying each skin.

Skin Out Services:

Removing the hide from the carcass, disposing the carcass and completely preparing the hide.
